Terms & Conditions – Sydney Harbour Live
IMPORTANT
Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
Confirmed Bookings:
All bookings area non refundable 8 (eight) weeks prior to the commencement date of your ticketed booking.
Cancellations prior to 8 (eight) weeks of the commencement date of your ticketed booking will incur a Cancellation Fee of 4.5% of the total booking dollar value to cover fees and charges from all third party participants terms and conditions. No Refunds are available unless otherwise stated.
*Theatre Tickets are non-refundable as per Ticketmaster Terms and Conditions of purchase. Sydney Harbour Live is not liable if a show cancels. We will work with you and do our best.
We highly recommend that you purchase a Travel Insurance Policy to cover you in the instance that you need to cancel your booking with Sydney Harbour Live.
Sydney Harbour Live is required legally to comply with the Terms and Conditions of all third party participants that provide services for the Package Tours.
Accommodation Property or Airline Club Memberships:
Reward points / values will also be cancelled when your booking has been cancelled. This is in-line with all reward points systems Terms & Conditions.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift Vouchers are valid for use within 12 months from the date of Purchase. They are non-refundable, however they are transferable with proof of ID. They must be redeemed prior to booking a tour by calling Sydney Harbour Live. They are to be used in conjunction with a full paying Package Tour Purchase and not redeemable for currency.
Conditions of Package Purchases – Adults & Children
All Packages are priced on a per person twin share basis.
This includes 2 people either two adults or one adult and one child only.
Sydney Harbour Live does not accept persons under 18 years of age to purchase a Package Tour. At least One person participating in the Package Tour must be over the age of 18 years / Adult.
If there are any additional people added to the booking via Sydney Harbour Live there will be additional extra Person/s Charge/s for all sectors of the Package Tour.
We endeavour to provide suitable schedules and hotels to suit the event selected however, event time and location and hotel check in time and location are ultimately the responsibility of the guest upon booking and guests should ensure flight schedules and hotel check in time and location are suitable for the event time and event location selected. Attendance at events, tours and hotels may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Sydney Harbour Live Terms and Conditions apply.

By Purchasing a Package Tour with Sydney Harbour Live via our website, digital media and via the TryBooking booking engine is acknowledgment that you Agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statements of those entities. Sydney Harbour Live is not responsible for links or content copied from this site.
Travel Agency Bookings:
If booking via your Travel Agent the terms and conditions provided by your Travel Agent will apply to your booking and you should ask your Travel Agent for a copy of these terms and conditions.
Some Terms and Conditions vary according to the property type or according to booking type. You should ensure that you read the Terms and Conditions carefully to ensure you are aware of the Terms and Conditions which apply to your particular booking.
Other:
Bookings may also be governed by and subject to additional terms and conditions which are applied by individual Participating Properties. These terms and conditions may relate to items such as payments, deposits and cancellations, any queries please confirm the exact conditions directly with the Participating Property before booking. If there is any inconsistency between the Participating Property terms and conditions and these Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.
